Rooms & Rates
The Faculty Club facility includes six small private meeting rooms, Atkinson Pavilion and Patio, Cecil’s Lounge and Fireside patio, the O’Brien Dining Room, and an open-air courtyard.
The Faculty Club offers a variety of rooms that vary in size and decor which allows us to accommodate large parties and intimate gatherings. See below for a complete list of room rates and features. Food and beverage sales minimums may apply. All food and beverage must be provided by our kitchen and catering staff for events at the club. No outside food or beverage is allowed on-premise.

Entire Property Layout
Conference Meeting Rooms
- Food & Beverage Minumum: $100 minimum
- Individual meeting rooms are set conference style; two or three rooms together can be set in a u-shape, hollow square, or theater-style seating.
- Equipped with Plasma TV's with HDMI input, multiple outlets, and wireless internet access.
- Operable courtyard windows and shades for privacy and presentations.
- Courtyard entrances for easy dining room access.
- Private service entrances for quiet staff access.
Atkinson Pavilion with Patio
- Food & Beverage Minumum: Before 4pm: $1,000 minimum, After 3pm: $2,000 minimum, Weekends: $5,000, December Fri/Sat $7500
- Accommodates 40 - 125 guests. (depending on the setup)
- Up to 96 seated dinner guests.
- Built-in Screen, Projector, Microphone/Speaker System.
- Central Air-conditioning and heat.
- Vaulted Wood Ceilings.
- Exterior Patio included in room rental.
- Ideal setting for conferences, meetings, lectures, receptions, weddings, cocktail parties.
Cecil’s Lounge with Fireside Patio
- Cecil’s Lounge is not available to rent on Thursday after 4 pm

Dining Room & Terrace
- Food & Beverage Minumum: Before 10am or After 4pm: $2,000 minimum, Weekends and Fridays in December: $8,000
- The dining room may be rented before 10:00 am or after 4:00 pm on weekdays, and anytime on weekends.
- May be divided into sections for smaller gatherings.
- Equipped with a built-in speaker and PA system, and wired & wireless internet.
- Atrium ceiling and arranged bar or reception area.
- Space for a parquet dance floor, DJ, or live entertainment.
- A projection screen, audio/visual equipment is available for use.
Covered Courtyard
- Food & Beverage Minumum: Before 10am or After 3pm: $2,000 minimum, Weekends: $5,000
- Seats up to 120 guests at tables of 8 or accommodates 200 reception guests.
- May adjoin dining room.
- Portable heaters are available to rent.
- Canopy of sun-filtering grapevines.
- White rope lights create a romantic ambiance.
- Ideal setting for wedding ceremonies, receptions, cocktail parties.
Seuss Library is reserved for Faculty Club Members only from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The Seuss Library is available for rental after 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and all day on the weekends.
Seuss Library
- Food & Beverage Minumum: Before 4pm: $500 minimum, After 4pm: $2,000 minimum, Weekends: $2,500

Dining Room, Terrace, Courtyard, and Cecil's Lounge
- Not Available Monday - Friday before 4 pm
Food & Beverage Minumum: $8,000
Cancellation Policy: University-sponsored events that are canceled within five (5) business days of the event date will be charged the facility fee and percentage of food and beverage costs. Special Events canceled within seven (7) business days of the event date will be charged in full.
Guaranteed Guest Count: A final, guaranteed guest count is required seven (7) business days prior to the date for special events. The guaranteed number is the minimum number of guests for which you will be charged. Should you need to increase your guarantee, we will make every effort to accommodate you. If no guarantee is received at the appropriate time, the Club will assume the number expected on the Banquet Event Order to be correct, and food preparation and service charges will be made accordingly.
