Rooms & Rates

The Faculty Club facility includes six private meeting rooms, a lounge with an outdoor patio, the main dining room and an interior courtyard. The facility is available to members, department members, or groups sponsored by a member Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. On evenings and weekends the facility is available to both members and the general public.

The Faculty Club offers a variety of rooms that vary in size and decor which allows us to accommodate large parties and intimate gatherings. See below for a complete list of room rates and features. Food and beverage sales minimums may apply. All food and beverage must be provided by our kitchen and catering staff for events at the club. No outside food or beverage is allowed on premise.

Conference Rooms #1-6

Meeting room

Member Facility Fee: $65 for 2 hours, $20 each additional hour.

Non-Member Facility Fee: $130 for 2 hours, $40 each additional hour.(Available evenings & weekends only)

Food & Beverage Minumum: $100 minimum, After 3pm: $500 minimum

  • Individual rooms seat 14 guests
  • Rooms 1-3 may be joined to form one room (28-33 guests). Rooms 4 & 5 may also be joined (18-20 guests). Charges depend on whether each conference room is used separately or as part of a larger room.
  • Individual meeting rooms are set conference style; two or three rooms together can be set in a u-shape, hollow square, or theater style seating.
  • Equipped with projection screens, phone jacks, multiple outlets and wireless internet access (full range of rental audio/visual equipment available).
  • Operable courtyard windows and skylights for privacy and presentations.
  • Courtyard entrances for easy dining room access.
  • Private service entrances for quiet staff access.

Member Facility Fee: $600 for 4 hours, $100 each additional hour. Dance floor (15'x15') $300.

Non-Member Facility Fee: $1,100 for 4 hours, $200 each additional hour. Dance floor (15'x15') $300.

Food & Beverage Minumum: After 4pm: $2,000 minimum, Weekends: $8,000

  • The dining room may be rented before 10:00 am or after 4:00 pm on weekdays, and anytime on weekends.
  • Accommodates 200-400 guests.
  • May be divided into sections for smaller gatherings.
  • Equipped with a built-in speaker and PA system, and wired & wireless internet.
  • Enclosed terrace overlooking a Eucalyptus grove seats an additional 100 guests.
  • Atrium ceiling and arranged bar or reception area.
  • Space for a parquet dance floor, DJ or live entertainment.
  • A projection screen, audio/visual equipment is available for use

Food & Beverage Minumum: After 3pm: $2,000 minimum, Weekends: $5,000

  • The dining room may be rented before 10:00 am or after 4:00 pm on weekdays, and anytime on weekends.
  • Seats 120 dinner guests at tables for 8 or accommodates 200 reception guests.
  • May adjoin dining room.

Member Facility Fee: $1,200 for 4 hours, $250 each additional hour.

Non-Member Facility Fee: $2,000 for 4 hours, $250 each additional hour.

Cancellation Policy: University sponsored events that are cancelled within five (5) business days of the event date will be charged the facility fee and percentage of food and beverage costs. Special Events cancelled within seven (7) business days of the event date will be charged in full.

Guarantee Guest Count: A final, guaranteed guest count is required three (3) business days prior to the function date for events held during regular Club hours and seven (7) business days prior to the date for special events. The guaranteed number is the minimum number of guests for which you will be charged. Should you need to increase your guarantee, we will make every effort to accommodate you. If no guarantee is received at the appropriate time, the Club will assume the number expected on the Banquet Event Order to be correct, and food preparation and service charges will be made accordingly.
